Seraphim
At Ministry of Dance, the Seraphim represent our elite A Team—leaders in both spirit and skill. These dancers bring power and precision to every performance, competing at regional and national events, captivating audiences across Boerne and the Texas Hill Country, and shining onstage at our signature biannual showcases.
Seraphim—fiery red-winged angels—belong to the highest celestial order in Christian angelology, standing alongside the Cherubim in the first heavenly hierarchy nearest the throne of God. As described in the Book of Isaiah, they possess six wings: two for flight, two to veil their faces, and two to cover their feet, symbolizing reverence and divine purpose.
Cherubim
At Ministry of Dance, the Cherubim represent our dynamic B Team—second in command, but first in spirit. These talented dancers perform at local competitions, community events across Boerne and the greater Hill Country, and take center stage at our biannual showcases.
Cherubim: Winged angelic beings revered in biblical tradition, depicted in ancient Middle Eastern art as majestic creatures—part lion or bull, part eagle, with a human face.
